Do you have questions regarding your health insurance plan or health insurance provider?

we intend to help you manage and better understand the confusing and complicated world of health insurance. While many people have had health insurance for decades, few people have a source to turn to for answering even the most common questions regarding their health insurance plan.

With as confusing as a health insurance plan may appear, so often, the greatest issue is in not understanding your medical policy and not having the appropriate resources for having your questions answered. Though you would think that your doctor or your nurse would have the answers to most of your questions, you would be surprised to know that many professional practitioners are just as “in-the-dark about” health insurance plans as you are as a patient.

This website is meant to be a living and growing resource for leaning about health insurance plans. As such, information will be added to the website based on the popularity of the issues that are being raised. There will be topics that will be presented and discussed in general, but there will also be the chance to offer specific questions to ask regarding your health insurance. This will also include some commonly asked question that we have noted over the years.

What to look for…

Sections with common information in addition to lesser know information as it relates to very practical areas of the health insurance industry.

Sections on “DID YOU KNOW…?”, presenting you with information that you may not have been aware of regarding your health insurance plan and health insurance provider.

There are plans to one day have a podcast where we will be able to take questions live, on-air and have these conversations available for website members for later review.

For a fee, a provider will be able to request a personal consultation for help and advice in dealing with specific situations that require a deeper dive into specific issues with their insurance providers regarding prior authorizations, approvals, denials, appeals, medical policies and claims.

Our Goal…

While we do have nearly 365 different scenarios, questions and answers that would be helpful to many, our goal is to present these questions based on the popularity of the questions and scenarios raised by visitors to the website. As such, we may well end up with more than 365 questions. The questions and answers will be organized based on the specific content of the question in order to make it easier to have your questions answered.
